Women now outnumber men on college campuses, making up an estimated 56% of post-secondary students in 2012. In addition, an estimated 60 women’s colleges across 24 states remain active and accredited. However, a number of non-specialized institutions seem to stand out as particularly popular with female students. The following 30 colleges and universities have the highest percentage of female students enrolled in classes.
